A family business of artisan tradition.

Since 1972 the Quirós family has been dedicated to the artisan production of MielSierraBermeja, known as ‘The Sweet Gold’ of Sierra Bermeja. From this small factory located in Estepona we distribute its exceptional bee-derived products throughout the Costa del Sol, Campo de Gibraltar and we have even started exporting to some Arab countries.

A unique honey with an exceptional quality and harvested with the utmost care make MielSierraBermeja one of the best honeys in the national market.

Home-grown honey, directly from our bees to your home

We show you the sweet gold that our beehives produce as a result of a completely artisan process to which we dedicate all our effort and affection.

Milflores Honey

The diversity of locations of our hives makes milflores honey a very special product with a rich variety of properties and a special flavour.

Eucalyptus Honey

High in vitamins A, C, D, B1, B5 and B.6 and rich in trace elements and minerals. Intense and slightly woody flavour.

Thyme Honey

Recommended for respiratory infections and skin treatments. MielSierrabermeja’s thyme honey has a sweet and intense flavour that is very pleasant to the palate.

Rosemary Honey

Rosemary honey has a very light colour and a mild aroma with floral hints, a sweet taste with a slight sour touch. It facilitates digestion and is beneficial for the mind.

Azahar Honey

From the nectar of the orange blossom, it is subtle and delicate on the palate. It has multiple benefits for the skin and is highly recommended for children.

Chestnut Honey
